Terms and Conditions

“Chase the Ace” is a promotional activity conducted in-venue for the purpose of encouraging patronage at Victoria Hotel, Toodyay.
The promotion will not exceed twelve (12) months in duration. This promotion is not a lottery or raffle and is conducted in accordance with Western Australian Racing, Gaming and Liquor Trade promotion guidelines.

Two Chase the Ace entry ticket may be issued with each purchase of a drink item and One Chase the Ace entry ticket may be issued with each purchase of a food item. Valid photo identification may be required.
Tickets are issued free of charge as part of the promotional activity and have no monetary value.
Tickets are available from 4.00pm and 7.00pm each Friday, whilst the Chase the Ace game is in progress and are valid only for the scheduled draw for that week.

The draw will take place in-venue at or around the advertised time, allowing for reasonable operational flexibility.
Only one ticket will be drawn each week, by the rostered Manager, immediately after the draw closes at 7pm.
The selected ticket holder must be present at the time of the draw and approach the rostered Manager within 2 minutes of call.
If the selected ticket holder is not present, another ticket will be drawn. Redraws will continue until a valid winner is found.

One ticket drawn at random at 7pm on Friday night. The selected participant will choose one card from a displayed deck of 52 playing cards.
Cards drawn are removed from play and displayed back in the cabinet facing upwards.
If the Ace of Spades is drawn, the promotional prize pool is awarded the winner will receive the advertised jackpot prize, up to a maximum value of AUD $50,000.
Jackpot prizes exceeding AUD $3,000 will be paid as follows:
- AUD $3,000 may be collected on the night
- The remaining balance will be paid via electronic bank transfer.
If any other card is drawn, the promotion continues to the next scheduled draw increase by $500.
The promotion will continue until the Ace of Spades is drawn.

The promotional prize pool is funded by Victoria Hotel, Toodyay as part of this in-venue promotional activity.
If the Ace of Spades is drawn, AUD $3,000 may be collected on the night, the remaining balance will be paid via electronic bank transfer to the selected participant.
The promotional prize is not transferable
The prize will be awarded on the night of the draw or within a reasonable period, thereafter, as determined by management.
All decisions relating to the promotional prize and its distribution are final and binding.

By participating, patrons consent to the use of their first name and/or image for in-venue or social media promotional purposes.

This promotion is conducted in line with Responsible Service of Alcohol principles.
Patrons will not be served alcohol if service would breach RSA obligations.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Happy Hour – Terms & Conditions

Happy Hour is available on Monday - Friday, from 5pm- 6pm, excludes Public Holidays, major event days and special functions
Offers are available to patrons aged 18 years and over. Valid photo identification may be required.
Happy Hour prices apply only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Happy Hour prices apply to dine-in and bar consumption only.
Offer is valid for selected beverages only, as specified by the venue.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher or member offer unless otherwise stated.
All beverages are subject to availability. The venue reserves the right to substitute products of equal value where necessary.
The venue practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated persons or anyone under the age of 18.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service or entry in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).
Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
Drink responsibly.

Entry is open to patrons aged 18 years or over.
One ticket per transaction over $10 spent on food and/or beverages.
Tickets are available for purchase on-premise on Wednesdays from 4pm - 7pm.
Winners will be determined by a random draw conducted on-premise, each Wednesday night at 7 pm or shortly after.
Winners must be present to claim their prize.
If a winner is not present or doesn't redeem the prize within 2-3 minutes of the draw, the venue reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Prizes consist of meat trays or meat packs. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The venue reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes once they have been collected.
All Employees are not eligible to entre the competition.
By entering the raffle, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable venue rules.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required by law.
Any personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the raffle.

One (1) complimentary kids’ meal is available with the purchase of one (1) full-priced adult main meal.
The free kids’ meal must be selected from the designated Kids Menu (where applicable).
The offer is valid for dine-in only and must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
This promotion is available for children aged 12 years and under only.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult purchasing a full-priced main meal.
Limit of one (1) free kids’ meal per one (1) adult main meal purchased.
The complimentary kids’ meal must only be consumed by a child aged 12 years and under.
The offer is available every day from 5:30pm to 6:30pm only and is not valid outside these times.
Not valid for takeaway, delivery, room service, or any off-site consumption.
Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, meal deal, or special offer.
No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are permitted for the free kids’ meal.
Menu items are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete redemptions.
The promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
